Return Window

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund.

Important: Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

Follow these simple steps to return your order:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  • Pack your items securely in the original packaging
  • Include your order confirmation or receipt
  • Use the prepaid return label we provide
  • Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refunds

Once we receive and process your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
  • Sale items may have different return policies
  • Hygiene products cannot be returned for health reasons
